Dr. Anya Costeloe is a double board certified, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon. She has devoted her entire career to the face, head, and neck—an uncommon level of focus that has shaped her expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, as well as advanced non-surgical rejuvenation treatments. Her practice is built on precision, artistry, and a deep commitment to achieving results that look natural, refined, and harmonious.

Dr. Costeloe graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a double major in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and Spanish Language & Literature. She earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, where she graduated at the top of her class.

She then completed five years of intensive surgical training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Michigan State University, followed by an elite fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in San Francisco. There, she trained under nationally recognized leaders in the field, including Dr. Corey Maas, past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; Dr. Newman, deep place facelift expert; and Dr. Kim, rhinoplasty specialist. This advanced training provided exceptional experience in facelift surgery, facial rejuvenation, and rhinoplasty at the highest level.

Dr. Costeloe has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at national medical meetings, reflecting her ongoing dedication to innovation and excellence in facial plastic surgery. She is also committed to humanitarian outreach and has participated in surgical mission work in Africa, providing reconstructive care and specialized treatment to underserved communities.
